Venue Recon:
Will our truck fit in the loading dock? How high is the ceiling really? Does the venue provide enough (and the right type of) power for us? Will our 10’ truss fit in the “freight elevator”?
Our clients often have these questions, but can’t always get all the real facts from the venue. At Kinvat we keep a constantly evolving dossier on every venue we work in- filled with vital specs, tips and on the ground observation that can help avoid a bumpy road to success. We are always glad to share this information freely.
If you find it necessary, but are not able to do a site survey in advance of your event- we are happy to get out there for you with a tape measure, laser, camera, and notepad- and any questions you need the real answers to.
Equipment
While Kinvat currently chooses to hold no major inventory of its own, we have close relationships with many vendors across the country, and can often find what you need- for a fair price. Especially when those last-minute needs happen, it’s assuring to know you have support- right there with you.
